Returns Policy for Australian Customers

At The Aussie Pawdrobe, we offer a 5-day return policy for our Australian customers. This means you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return from our Australia-based online store.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To receive a different item as quickly as possible, we recommend:

  1. Returning your original item (once approved), and

  2. Placing a new order for the replacement item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
